Last thing I'm done with previous convo . It was fun.
Here is something that might amuse you in gym.
We Catogirize people in the gym . It helps to keep us amused . These are the catagories

1. Spyder monkeys . The crossfit crowd always running jumping an climbing on things very lean and wiry tons of energy. Never changing .

2. Chimps . Get to the gym and workout. Average body's never improving there physics just trodding along

Orangutan . Lol these are the power lifters sit around do one lift sit around do one lift typically with a very swollen tummy region .

Silverbacks . Very rare

Chemicals don't enhance what you already have...they create what's not there. Anyone can literally add 30 lbs of muscle in 3 months with proper diet and training. Anyone.

And to quote what I said to you 10 minutes ago, "hard work and diet are the important parts of the recipe". I think we're both trying to say the same thing, here. I just think you're either downplaying or ignoring the role pharmaceuticals play.

Correct me if I'm wrong but he never said his 5'8 buddy was shredded. He said they are big in a good way so I can understand how you would imply he is big and shredded.
