    Occasionally go to the gym...
    Was on the treadmill the other day and this Hipster looking dude walks up to the treadmill:
    sets it to 8.5 mph...stands on the side rail...adjusts his Ipod...then pedals with his left foot on the treadmill a few times and starts booking it on the treadmill for 10 seconds...jumps off...rests for 30 seconds..and repeats three times...then leaves.
    Not a gym buff nor have I ever been huge on cardio..But what was this guy doing?
    dooshy or smart work out? :laugh:

    8.5 isn't really that fast for sprints though, thats like a 7min mile pace for 10 sec?

    first post in this thread, been lifting ever since highschool to play ball, got strong as fuck, then highschool ended and i got fat as fuck, now im 20 and back to making gains and leaning out.
    heaviest i've been 290

    Sometimes. I.e.-pull downs with Serratus pulls. Otherwise, I may SS chest with biceps, triceps and biceps etc. It's a great endurance builder IMO.
