    Excuses? Why don't I just quit being a bitch and put 405 on the bar? Why stop there? Why not 500? 600? What's your excuse? Why are you only benching in the 400's? Quit making excuses. Using any weight other than the 45's is just an excuse. Damn physics. Put respectable weight on the bar or die trying. Those are your choices.
