    That extra 1-1.5" of motion does absolutely nothing except strain my rotator cuff

    leg day today, just took my creatine and jack3d micro, about to go in 30 mins.
    squats 4 x 10
    leg press 4 x10
    quad ext 4x10
    calf rasies 4x10
    front squat 4x10

    idk if i should do 10 reps per set or to failure. so imma just gonna go with 10 reps like i always do.

    For BB's who cares what you can lift. I'd rather grow hence "body build" egos should be left at the door for moving the most weight. That's how injuries occur.

    I'm the same way with my bench, shoulder press too. I could bench the bar only and if it goes down to my chest on bench then I can feel strain in my left rotator cuff. Wrecked my dirt bike 2 years ago and tore all the cartilige in my rotator cuff. I go slightly passed elbows at parrallel with shoulder press, but anything farther and I won't be shoulder pressing for a while. These are the reason's why I ALWAYS use the smith machine, plus I don't have a spotter/gym partner.

    I'm starting to feel like a dam chemist when i work out now. BCAA's preworkout glutacor then after bcaa's glutacor and protien. Seems like too much.

    lol i just take creatine and jack3d for pre-workout, tons of lean clean meat and complex carb for the post work out and sleep 8 hours a day. thats pretty much my whole routine.

    Make sure you can FEEL the weight. I don't always do ROM, because tension works best too.

    May I suggest having them either before or with your workouts? (Cardio too if you do that) watch how great your pumps will be when training with them.

    I used to get alot of shoulder pain. Then I really focused on stretching and warming up. No more shoulder pain. :D

    right now i just take karbolyn before, xtend bcaa's during, and pro complex weight gainer after

    im using the new jack3d micro, to be honest i don't even feel the caffeine, i take it cuz i get a crazy pump and i can lift for 2 hours with little to no rest and not get tired
