Yeah, it's called gyncomastia. Teens get it during puberty when their hormones are fluctuating. The high estrogen makes tissue grow behind the nipples. If you catch it before the tissue hardens, it can be reversed, but I was only like 12-13 and didn't know what the fuck was going on and it was before webmd and all that shit, so I'm stuck with it. The surgery is pretty cheap (around $5k) and they just go in and remove the tissue. From what I've read, sometimes insurance will cover it. I've never really looked deep into all that because it's not that big of a priority to me.

Also, a lot of people who juice improperly get the same thing because they don't take an aromatise inhibitor, which makes their estrogen spike to try to keep up with the higher level of test, which leads to the exact same thing.

Ok guys, don't bash me too hard but 2000+ pages is hard to look through. Are there really any good protein powders that work, or are they all just junk. I'm in my 40's and am looking for a good supplement, not this junk in a tub sold at most places. Thanks in advance!

Eh. This was at ~150. Might have even been a little lighter. I don’t remember. It was a couple years ago on a cut.

x2 on both of these. Myprotein has a higher quality protein and it's cheaper, but ON tastes and mixes better to me.

What do you mean by "works"?

All supplements are just that, supplements. They are there to help you get what you can't or struggle to get through your diet alone.

If you eat enough protien in your diet to gain muscle mass then no protien supplement will do anything to help you build mass. Protien supplements are there when you can't or struggle to eat enough protien.

Which most people struggle with getting enough cals to gain mass but don't struggle to get enough protien.

Good rule I use for protien is 1 gram per pound of normal body weight. I'm 175lbs and relatively healthy body fat. So I eat ~175grams of protien per day. If I was 35lbs overweight I would eat ~140 grams per day. This would be the max you need to hit.

Science does not back up that getting more protien than that will help you gain any more mass. So no need to go nuts on protien.

You guys might wanna give "DIM" Diindolylmethane a go or at least look into it. See if it helps the puffy nips.

True that. Only reason I take protein is because I eat 4000 calories a day and if I tried to eat more more damn chicken tender, I'd puke...so I use 2 shakes per day to get an extra 80 g per day.

Unfortunately, things like that (and AI's) only work if you start taking them early on. Over time, once the hormones balance out, the breast tissue turns to scar tissue and it can only be removed by surgery.

Its a chore for sure to get enough cals. I usually just added butter to all my shit to get the calorie content up haha

    Cheese also works.

For what its worth @zacharypaul89, I didnt notic anything unusual about your nipples. Not sure what bothers you about them. Look pretty normal to me.
