It was too sweet for me. I liked orange and green apple.

Spend some money and meet with a nutritionist. Get your macros right and get enough calories and you'll put on weight. I've gone from 155 to 178 in 15 months without changing my body fat percentage. It's definitely doable.
I'm pushing to get to 185.

I definitely eat like shit and don't eat enough. I just hate eating. I'm smart enough to adjust my macros and plan out a diet and adjust accordingly, just hate doing it so I don't. I need to though.

    What about premaking your meals?

I work far away from home, am in grad school, and workout every morning before work. I'm away from the house 13 -14 hours out of the day.

On weekends I pre make all my lunches and omlettes for breakfast. Makes life so easy in the morning. Makes me less likely to make bad lunch or breakfast choices.

Legs yesterday....got 315x6 for the first time on squats. That was nice.

Ha thanks, but in the "bigger" pic, I was cold, so they looked normal lol. When I'm room temp, they're puffy. It's nothing I'm self-conscious about or anything, but I still do wanna have the surgery eventually.

    Aka he's lazy

    x2

Same here. I spend a few hours a week meal-prepping and it makes liek so much easier when I can just open the fridge and grab what I need b/c I'm always on the go. I only go to school 2 days a week, but I'm there all day, so I have to take 5-6 meals with me. Luckily, my school has a fridge and microwave.

Surprisingly the new jack3d preworkout is pretty good (IMO) low caffeine and stimulants for the people who don't need much. I like 1 scoop. Get the dragonberry flavor, it's fucking amazing!

I've always eaten well, but I wasn't eating NEARLY enough. I do 3k calories a day now, which, to be honest, actually takes some work for me. Especially making sure I hit my macros. But it works. Eating right is way harder than working out for me.

I've had the orange, fruit punch, and blue raspberry flavors. Best two would have to be the orange and fruit punch, can't go wrong with either! I wanted to switch to a PWO with less caffeine tho so I've been using Lit made by Beyond Raw. The gummy worm flavor is hands down the best tasting preworkout I've ever taken.

    I don't need anymore.

I used to take ADHD meds at a high dose and shit... that stuff just makes you feel like you are going to have a heart attack.

    Don't like feeling like that.

If anything I'd rather be more calm at the gym so I can slow down and focus more. Haha

I’ve been taking C4 for the last month or so when I ran out of Hyde and don’t want to place an order on bodybuilding.com. C4 is shit. I really need to order something, but not sure I want Hyde again.

3k calories is about average for me but barely enough to maintain. I probably need to be around 4k to gain.

Ain't nobody got time fo dat

Ah yes I hate getting jittery too. As much as I'm on the go, I need all the caffeine I can get lol. I limit it to one cup of coffee in the morning and the my pre on workout days. On non-lifting days, I drink a monster or green tea around 3-4pm.

    Make your own, pencil neck.

    I lose weight @ 3000 calories a day lol.

You need to look into DIY mass gainers. You can add in calories with things like olive oil, peanut butter, honey, mayonnaise, etc. All that stuff is calorie-dense and isn't filling at all.
