I know what a training max is and I'm familiar with the 5/3/1. It's roughly 90% of what your 1RM...

I still don't understand the peak week thing. Aren't you trying to lose weight...so you can bulk...you're doing a mass/strength regiment. You want to lose weight? Do more reps

I don’t think the misuse in terms threw us off as much as the trying to lose weight by doing wendler’s 5/3/1 so that ou can bulk?

I was already doing Wendlers. Losing weight is short term so didnt feel the need to change a program that was working for me for 5-6 weeks while I lost some body fat.

If it aint broke, don't fix it.

I dont care if I stall for that time on the program.

I think that's the only thing I could actually compete at the world beer drinking championships.

Yeah...... I lifted more than your numbers combined after 6 months of a major should reconstruction. But you’ll get there.

Well boys, I got engaged last week. I now have to get in shape because we are throwing one hell of a mountain vacation in Idaho for our wedding.

Did pretty well through the summer with work but now the field season is coming to an end and I have to hit the gym again. Legs tonight...first time in what feels like months. Hopefully I can walk after.

I match your single shoulder surgery and add a reconstructive foot injury right before the shoulder repair.

Now your going to tell me you are over 40 and you'll win LOL

I'm lucky to be alive lifting at all. I'm greatful for all I can do. I dont take any of my numbers for granite.

I didn’t mean it to sound as douche as it did. But that explains your low squat.
