I can get 315 for 10+ but after 6-7 my knees start screaming. I’m still trying to get 475 for reps so I can progress.

 

I bet SloTaco is like 40. I think you only got a couple years on these guys, so not much. A lot of these guys are still wet behind the ears, nomsayin'.

 

Yeah he was actin like he was all old and decrepid.

Word of advice, don't start getting hung up on age or the number, seriously. If you start focusing on it, it can start messing with you. Fo realz doe, don't do it ya'll. Time flies

Everyone on here is making me feel lazy.

For the past 15 years, I've lifted weights twice a week (I used to do 3 times a week) for an hr a session, but I really don't enjoy spending my time on it anymore. I do it mainly to maintain strength and keep a decent physique (5'10, 170lbs around 12% BF ectomorph). I do a full body workout both days to hit all the major and a lot of the lesser muscle groups.

 

Benching 45lbs in Jan and now repping 225 "easily"? Bold statement Jr! I'm calling BS...

 

39 to be exact! Been pumping iron and drinking brewskies for 23 yrs straight this December... I'm getting into prime time Man strength. 10 years ago all around I was stronger but some days I'm stronger now. Because it's all about longevity, I feel like I'm just getting started!

I joined some of you that have 2 gym memberships this week. I work 20 miles north of my house and gym and because of a new work schedule, babies, etc... I'm doing a lunch hour pump. I've thought about doing it for a while but love my gym too much...430 am was an option but that sets myself up for failure and since my gym is down the street 10 pm would be another option but if something is going on and I can't make it...then there goes the day. Like most of you missing a day isn't an option! Midday is pretty nice! Get off work and already have it done...mentally been a stress relief, not thinking about hurrying after work to get a workout in before getting home.. Get ready @zacharypaul89 !
