I joined some of you that have 2 gym memberships this week. I work 20 miles north of my house and gym and because of a new work schedule, babies, etc... I'm doing a lunch hour pump. I've thought about doing it for a while but love my gym too much...430 am was an option but that sets myself up for failure and since my gym is down the street 10 pm would be another option but if something is going on and I can't make it...then there goes the day. Like most of you missing a day isn't an option! Midday is pretty nice! Get off work and already have it done...mentally been a stress relief, not thinking about hurrying after work to get a workout in before getting home.. Get ready @zacharypaul89 !

Not everyone has the same goals, motivations, interests OR responsibilities.

I have no kids so I can get up everyday at 5am to hit the gym HAHA.

I do it because I love it. Great way to start the day and it helps with my ADHD. I can actually sit and focus at work because I've worked off most of my need to be hyperactive.

Life long bama fan. And not due to bandwagon. Due to be recruited by them in high school to play until I blew my knee senior year

Going to give BB Shortcut to shredded with Jim Stoppani a try. Mainly because the apps on my phone already and I can do everything at my small gym. The biggest struggle will be my diet. Meal prep is crucial because I will 100% cave on some frozen pizza after a long day at work .

Thanks man! The good news is this is going to be non traditional. We are renting a lodge in beautiful Idaho and guests will set up tents on the surrounding land. We have day hikes, swimming, and fishing planned (planned meaning we are doing them and guests can join if they want). We are also hoping to be hosting a 2-3 day trip down the salmon river for close family and friends. Though, that depends entirely on my friends willingness to guide it. The ceremony is insignificant. I'm sure we will still stress before the wedding, but no where near the people that have traditional weddings with strict timelines.

Lol, nah. She's a cool chick. She got me a new fly rod for my birthday and wanted to scout for elk hunting next year when she visited. If anything, I'll have to put her balls up on the fridge.

I put up 175 on the incline bench yesterday for reps. Pretty proud. I remember when 155 was pretty hard to do, I think I'm going to try 185 next time. Just thought I would brag a little.

Good work. Wish I had a bench press at home. All in need is some 45 plates and Olympic bar to get it done.

My wife knows I want to have my own weights and a gym at home but I need a bigger house and some more land. The man cave will have weights and stuff but for now I'm stuck driving to a gym. I don't mind. It's nice to get to drive my truck every now and then.

Man that workout killed me. Woke up and had steel cut oats, 2 boiled eggs and a banana. Then took pre jym (which I liked) and went to the gym. The "cardio" in between sets really got my heart rate up (probably because I choose to row). Towards the end I could feel my stomach growling. Had to cut the cardio on the last few exercises to get through it. Solid pump and obviously wore myself out and was dripping sweat almost immediately. The fiancé will move here a few days after this 60 day workout finishes so it will be cool to hear if she sees a difference.

Heck yes! All that hard work will pay off.

My wife confessed to me today. She told me she was jealous of my legs. I was like "what? Like me calves?" And she said "No your legs! I see you naked all time remember?" LOL

I usually wear shorts for work so my calves always show. Its nice to hear the progress.

Today was rough. The chest/ab workout left me pretty sore in the morning. Had a huge breakfast to keep my energy up. It was shoulders/legs today. My shoulders, as expected were sore. I powered through hoping my legs would pull through on the last half. After squats everything was tight and ready to cramp. So I improvised and did more body weight lunges, skipped deads (My favorite :( ) and hit calves really hard at the end.

I kinda expected this first week to really hit me hard. It's a workout that isn't really geared towards getting back into lifting.

I did that program a year or so ago. I liked it. Saw some progress.
