I forget your before number but I think I saw a picture and damn impressive. Similar reasons for me... plus the damn knees.

Feeling a little better today. Fortunately it bends. A few years ago I couldn't bend it at all.

So when I was younger (shorter) I should’ve had 23” arms but I’ve always been a pencil neck

Not sure what you’re referring to man. But did you start the fish oil yet?

No leg day since Sept 29. My hamstring decided to get pissed off for no reason, not sure what is up.

I hate trying to lose weight while having to cut back workouts #hangry

I've really not been able to do much of anything without the hamstring and upper calf getting tight and "painful". Stretching helps quite a bit, but also feel like if I do too much of that the muscle is getting upset.

I tore one of my hamstring tendons in that leg in 2013 so I know it's more susceptible to injury.

I was the same way with my shoulder but I just did light weight rep ranges as high as I could stand it to stretch it and it seems to have worked

I might give this a stab tomorrow. If i get the leg warmed up and stretched I feel better. Its days like today when I sleep in and skip the gym that it gets more bothersome.

Finally at the point where lifting feels good again. I'm functional the next day but still feel sore/tight in whatever I worked out the day before. I decided to skip the cardio in between sets to get out of the gym quicker and walk my dog (priorities, plus a 2 mile walk seems like a fair trade off). I'm not following the diet perfectly, but I have drastically cleaned up what I eat. Upped protein and lowered fat/carb intake a lot. Going to finish this workout plan this way and see where I am at. Feels good though. Noticeable changes after the first week, both in appearance and confidence. Reminds me of them begginer gains back in highschool .

Once my fiancé gets here I'll workout with her and then I can get a spot so I can really push myself.

Highest documented was 419 I believe. But photos say more. At 419 I had already been somewhat watching what I ate and was only drinking water etc. at the highest I’d say 450+ easily

Mine was 300-310 at age 28. Drinking a case of beer mostly every day and drinking a gallon or gallon and half of soda daily

Failed 345 on flat bench again yesterday :pout:... 335 went up super easily and I even paused on my chest for a solid second. 345 just wouldn't go up after a few inches.
