Yum, just had a huge cheat breakfast. Heading out for a hike along a stream with some westslope cuttys for an active rest day.

 

Chest, front bicep, and top of the back of the shoulder (where the bar rests) is all that’s left. Then some highlights into the wind bars and koi and it’s done. After the meet one more session at 5-6 hours should finished this bitch up.
