    I'm shooting for 405 by christmas. Me and @ThunderCookies have a $10 bet on who gets their goal first, me from 335 to 405 or him from 415 to 500. I love deads though. I do doubles or triples every other week and sets of 8-12 deficits on the in betweens.

    I would love to be at 405 by Christmas too, I should be able to if I keep at it. I didn't really really try on upping my deads simply because I went to snap city a long time ago on 315 so I focused more on legs and back then when I felt ready, try and deadlift. I looked at a lot of videos on how to perform it because ultimately that's what caused me to hurt myself was my form breaking down. But now I feel a lot more solid and I feel like I'm throwing the weight up way faster. I want to try and see if I can do more reps at that weight and bring up my 1rm in 2 weeks.
