    I don't know if I've been pushing myself too hard the last 4 days after getting back from not working out for a couple weeks.. but I finished back day this morning, got to work, and just was so fatigued and tired and couldn't focus. Hopefully I'm not getting sick again. Anyone have this happen? I mean all I wanted to do was sleep. I couldn't even process what all I had this morning.

    Maybe a good poop will help.

    Fatty

    I actually like the weight range, just need to exchange some of this body fat for more muscle. My goal is a visible (amount of visibility questionable) 6 pack by the time my girlfriend gets back in January

    More so than that, get my cardio and legs endurance set for ski touring. I like trailnrunning (not for very long, just 3 miles or so), but it's getting too cold and snowy here for that...also love xc mountain biking but that's dwindling fast too...damnit

    x2. I haven't been able to deadlift in a few months because of my lower back getting so tight...that was my strongest lift, too :pout:

    Also can't do wide-grip pullups some days because my shoulders don't wanna cooperate...same with flies and incline bench.

    I had to jump down off my a/c unit (probably a 4' drop lol) last weekend and was like, "god, I hope I don't blow out a knee." I remember recreating Jackass episodes in middle school jumping off houses and shit...now I'm out for a week after throwing a football for too long lol
