A 20+ beer day was only on "big" days like 4th of July, NYE, etc. On college football game day, I would easily put back a 12 or 18 pack though. Most of my friends and I have grown out of that though. For instance, we all watched the Georgia Florida game Saturday and I drank 2 beers lol. We still have a few friends who still get pretty wild, but we don't hang out with them much anymore because of that. Our friends group are starting to have kids and get into our 30's, so we're naturally slowing down lol.

That's about how I am now. More than 4-5 beers = hangover.

Yup. Although The last few times I've drank heavily it was only tequila and I woke up feeling great every time. That wine hangover though

 

Last Thanksgiving I drank about 3/4 a double bottle of chardonnay and was hungover for 2 days lol. Haven't touched it since. My go-to right now is either Bulleit and water or a few Miller Lite's.

 

Hello everyone!

 

The first full trail day in Moab this year konsta and I, as usual, hit the trail beers hard. I probably had like 10 during the whole day on the trail (that's it, no water, just beer), then we got back to camp and started cooking dinner and I was hitting the gin and tonics pretty good.

Sure as shit, the next morning i wake up feeling like poop, I shove my head out the tent, say good morning to konsta rocky and Danny who have made a morning fire, and proceed to just hurl up all of dinner in front of the tent. Whoops


Since we're sharing...our college clubs ski trips out to Jackson we're always some of the most horrific drunk/hangovers we had. 50 college kids in a hostel with enough booze to open up our own liquor store... I was pretty well known for hitting the drinks hard, and subsequently getting hit harder by the hangovers lol. The whole floor could always hear me in the morning

 

I've been working on my traps lately

 

Motha fuckin gym is closed Friday Saturday and Sunday for a remodel...

And it's going to be snowy/rainy and high 30s

And there's not enough snow to ski

Wtf am I supposed to do with myself?

 

Chesticles and tris yesterday. 315x5 on flat bench...gonna save the max for next week...I think I can get 350 (gonna have to break out the 2.5 bitch boi plates though)

Haha sounds like we would've partied well together lol. I was never a puker. My superpower was that I could get blackout drunk and go on autopilot for hours.

 

I would always puke before we went out. No idea why but once I threw up I was fine, until then I’d have an upset stomach. BUT after that I could drink for days. Same as you, I’d blackout and function on autopilot for hours and nobody would know.

 

I broke out the bitch boi plates last night for bench. Got 370x5 then a heavy single at 415. Took a few months off and just getting back into it a couple weeks ago. The 415 went smoothly enough but I'm not use to the weight anymore so I felt like it wasn't gonna happen on the way down. My biggest issue is trying to control/slow the decent too much and I'm burning too much energy doing so. Any tips/routines I can try to get outta that habit?
