Back in the hole tonight. Undecided on bench or squats. However my stomach is all jacked from the water cut then reconstitution day then the 12+ hour meet...... bad damn news. Competing wasn’t what I thought it was going to be. But I’m hooked now

That's why I always give my spotter strict instructions. It's usually something like, "see this bar? DO NOT touch it unless I tell you to...at all."

 

Ever watch Cailer Woolam? Dr Deadlift? He's starting to get videos out, but he pulls 900 at 220lb with hook grip. Its insane. He doesnt have a whole lot of videos out, but he's a beast.

Mine was 20 beers and maybe some harder liquor as well. 4-5 times a week minimum.

Never got hangovers till I was almost 27, then all the time.

Good idea slowing down boys. I wasn't so smart till I got my license taken.

 

Do it. You'll love it. My wife has major back issues, the chiropractor has been a godsend.

I'm very skeptical of the medical field so for me to say that tells you something

 

Same here on the hangovers. 27-28 and they started getting really bad...now, it's very rare that I have more than 3-4 drinks on a Saturday. Finally grew out of my college stage of life lol.

I'm going to try to do some new stretches and exercises I found online yesterday, but if those don't work, I'm going.

 

I never really drank. Some in college, but not much even then. I may drink like 2 beers a year now.

 

Got 350 on the flat bench last night...kinda. I went down kind of fast and it sort of bounced off my sternum. Tried again with a pause at the bottom and failed.

I drank like a fish in college and shortly thereafter. Now it's 2-3 drinks a week for me...I feel so much better on Sundays lol

 

You should try the slingshot, I heard it works great for helping bench. I saw video yesterday with Mark in it and he did like 450 with 100# chains for 1. Pretty awesome.

Hey, I kept my shirt on and used real weights! I hate that guy.

Why would anyone ever follow him is beyond me, he has so many videos I am jealous why didn't I come up with these stupid fake weight videos fuck man I always miss good opportunities.

 

I hope after you racked it, you kicked your spotter in the dick repeatedly. F##k I hate it when a spotter jaz hands me like that. Nice lift buddy

 

I even told him not to do anything unless I asked. I had to tell him, "I've got it" as I was coming back up. I pretty much have to do that with anyone who spots me, minus 1 or 2 guys. I'm gonna start telling people to put their hands in their damn pockets.

 

With 2 junk discs that can't be fixed she has missed 5 days of work in 13 years. Before she'd miss that in a year

 

I was working out this morning when my wife showed up at the gym. We never work out together, but we happened to overlap today. When I was leaving she said, "You would definitely get kicked out of Planet Fitness." It was the best compliment I've gotten all week.

 

I always workout with my gf, and by that I mean she's in the same gym as me lol. I actually took the time last week to do arms with her. Was a good time.

Does anyone else workout with their spouse?
