Pulled 425 pretty easily (still my PR from a while back). 435 told me to go fuck myself. If I had hit 435 first I may have been ok...but...I didn’t.

Short on time and wanted to get in get out.. did a chest-back circuit work out. I have done chest-back during different programs..always fun. Any likes of that combo?

Turns burnt! It was a good little ski and a long awful flat traverse (hell for a snowboard) but at least s good crowd! Some how a corgi made it up, then they skiied the corgi down with his head and paws sticking out of the backpack lol

Just put this up. It wasnt pretty but I got 2 sets of 1. Really grinded out that last 1. Hopefully in a few weeks I can do at least a set of 3. Now to drop back down and do some volume

Still working through an over rotated shoulder injury from the other weekend. The only motions it allows is pulling back exercises, most curling motions, and legs obviously lol. I tried some light chest pushing exercises but it just tweaks too much. Also pushing shoulder workouts obviously wouldn’t go well. Gave it a few days rest, no lifting, going to give it one more day of back/bis/abs before seeing if it can handle a full chest day, even at light weight.

Also giving some more thought to my diet...I am doing pretty good, though I think I need to add some definitive carb cycles, like a few low carb days followed by a moderate carb and high carb day, then repeating. I should probably up the protein intake by a protein shake a day now that I’m skiing basicially every day and our weekend ski tours are getting longer and harder.

Yes. Lé Bench. This was a milestone for me. I knew I could do more than 255 but I didn't want to push myself, but last night I was feeling good and decided to try and max out amd found it.

Going for a 700# lb squat tonight got 635 yesterday and it moved very smoothly. I want to find this max so I can start volume training again. We still don’t know what my deadlift max is either. Bench we are 100% positive I suck

I finally started doing cardio about a week ago after my workouts. Day 1 was like 15 mins walking on the treadmill at an incline. Day 2 was 10 mins of stairmaster and 10 mins of walking on the treadmill at an incline. Yesterday was day 3 and I was feeling froggy, so I did some HIIT...I thought I was gonna die.

    5 rounds:
    20 secs high knees
    20 secs air squats
    20 secs burpees

My cardio gainz have a long way to go :pout:
