I did cardio for the first time in almost two months yesterday and my legs are done. I did 20 minutes on the arc trainer and hell no

If you can, try to avoid the pre packaged meats like that. The meat is better at the deli, and doesn't have a ton of nitrates. Btw, that meal is known as the bachelor special .

I live out of hotels 3 days out of the week, I need to find foods that are healthy that I can make without having to cook them. I only have a microwave or my other option is to go out and eat. I choose this route because its easy and actually tasty. The chicken in this package is actually better than other prepackaged chicken I've tasted from different places.

Although you could just cook while you were home/ had access to a stove and take the precooked food with you. Most people that meal plan/prep cook for a couple days at a time anyways

I rock this bad boy, it's awesome and can hold a ton of food. I meal prep into large containers and portion each night for the next day using these and the scale. Wash these when I get home from gym and get em ready for the next day. Pain in the ass to not be able to buy just the containers but if I did I'd end up with 100 dirty containers and hate my life having to deal with all the lids and containers and shit. Last day of meals I usually throw the larger containers in and eat out of those because I'm lazy. FYI: the cold pack it comes with isn't bad, but if I know it isn't getting fridged for a few hours I throw in a separate one in the door mesh shit where I keep oatmeal packs.

The deli in the grocery store, it's usually like 50 yards away from the produce/pre packaged meat section. I know how it tastes because I have had that exact meal in the past, lol. The fresh meat from the deli is way better, just sayin.
