You haven't heard, brah? If you're not eating at least 12 eggs a day, you're wasting your time.

Raw, shell and all. I actually heard taking it like a suppository up the tailpipe is better for absorption. I think I heard that on South Park #facts

    I was just playin

What is a typical eating day for you for 3900 cals?

I eat minimum 6 eggs a day just because of fat and protien in my measley 2900cal per day diet.

I usually eat eggs and cottage cheese for cheap protien. Its getting old though....might need new ideas

This was PreJym. I'm on the "Jym Army" page on Facebook and I'm not sure if I got caught up in the hype but I bought prejym, postjym, and projym to try. I got the vanilla protein which I normally don't do, I usually get chocolate but thought I would give it a try. It's ok but has a foamy top layer in the shaker cup after you shake it. I added some cinnamon to it and its more bearable to drink. The other two products I'm not sure why they make my stomach feel "uneasy". I don't have the squirts or it doesn't seem to make me go to the bathroom like I've heard some products do. It has the HCL creatine is supposed to be lighter on the stomach than mono but I've never had problem with mono creatine.

Fuck, everyone’s breaking down their daily meals? Better jump on this band wagon.

Zach I love your cereal for dinner at 9 pm. That’s usually my go to if I’m hungry at night. No whole milk, unsweetened almond/cashew milk for me but a couple cups of cereal is such a good evening snack

Now that I’m competing regularly my meals have drastically changed. I’m currently starting my cut so I don’t have to water cut in March but I’m at 4200 cal training days and 4900 cal off day. Difference is carb and fat intakes. Off day tons of fat. This morning I had

    4 egg
    6oz ground beef
    30g avocado
    150g peppers and onions
Hot sauce and my normal coffee.

Interesting approach, sounds like a lot of food! I ate at a deficit this week and fucking hated it and lifted like shit. Back to just eating a lot.

Well, I eat them everyday, so it's not a cheat.

So, you're at like 1300 calories per day now?
