Shit yea man, I always do squats in shit kickers! Yehawww!!! Well, in ones that don't have jalapeños on them anyway. You should try it, it'll go great with your sleeveless attire.

Hit 315 for 5x5 for bench tonight. Felt good because that was one of my goals a while ago.

That hasn’t been my observation. I enjoy CrossFit. So not everyone hates it. Next.

Haha my husband has always wanted one.

I had one ready to buy for Christmas. Had the check made out but he decided no for now.

He’s nervous about maintinence costs. And lately I’ve seen a lot of posts about Audis pretty much being made like Chrystler’s.

It’s a bomb ass car though. Even had a new set of wheels picked out too.

Ohh - we’ve got a troll in our midst. Would you care to debate me on a topic or are you content with looking like an idiot ?

This is a discussion forum. If you’ve got something constructive to say, then say it.

They aren’t made anything like Chrysler’s, going to be a pain in the ass to work on. Look forward to paying $150+ anytime you have somebody do anything more than look at it. $100 oil change at minimum, don’t even wanna begin to think about repair costs for anything at all on that.

They’re sweet, but not worth the maintenance at all.

What he’s getting at is that CrossFit has this stigma of people being fucking idiots because y’all do weird ass pull-ups by kicking your legs and all sorts of weird shit with kettlebells. Generally CrossFit is just a bunch of fuckery.

    Thats what everyone says.

Whats funny too is that A7 is the same year as my Tacoma (2013). And my Tacoma cost me more. Depreciation on these things is epic.

CrossFit has been great for me and dozens of people I know.

If you can present an argument why a fitness program that combines strength training, aerobic capacity, Olympic lifts and gymnastics is a bad thing, then present it.
