    Well day 1 was pretty intense (i started with the deadlift one)

    Deads: 3 sets of 5 @ 235, 270, 310
    Squats: 5 sets of 10 @ 205
    Calves: 5 sets of 10
    Abs: 5 sets of 10
    Seated leg extension: 3 sets of 10
    Seated leg curls: 3 sets of 10

    The squats were awful because of my tight ass hip flexors, but I got it done.

    I was in walmart earlier today and i thought EVL(Evlution Nutrition) was a good brand that was fairly new. I saw some of their stuff in walmart and now I’m not sure how good of quality their stuff is. What’s everyone’s opinion on stuff that walmart sells lol?

    Just because Walmart sell it doesn’t mean it’s a crappy brand.

    Walmart sells Oreos and those are pretty bomb.

    Seriously though, just because it’s sold there doesn’t mean its poor quality. The same logic applies to GNC. Just because they sell it doesn’t mean it’s magic beans... regardless of how much thet claim it’s worth.

    Third gen section doesn’t have the excitement it used to. I ventured out and found this section

    After getting “strong” then taking about a year off...and losing 100% of my gains, I’ve been back at for 2-3 months.
