    Like, so many.
Did anyone see the documentary on Netflix called Born Strong? It's really good and I definitely recommend it. It follows four competitors on the run up to the Arnold Classic. It will get you fired up and make you feel tiny simultaneously

it's obvious what you need to do here. you need to start squatting in the bench press. beat them at their own game.

I most certainly thought about that! It would have been super funny, tho quite hard, as the bench is on this track and everything is fixed in place.

I’d be doing sumo squats teabagging the bench
Ha no, one guy even asked for a spot, to which I obliged and asked how much he had left...”a lot” lol so I waited patiently for the other bros to finish. Which ended up not taking long

After that comment, I would've had to get real with him lol...

...as long as he didn't look like Brian Shaw.

I've kicked folks out of the squat rack for not squatting a handful of times. If it's someone I know I just tell them to get the hell on. If it's a stranger or newb, I'm nice about it. I've only had to be a dick one time.

That's what I was trying to figure out too... @IDtrucks, your only gym bench is a smith machine? No bueno.

And a sumo squat is a squat with your feet super far apart. A lot of folks say it's cheating b/c it lowers the ROM.

Welp, I'm white trash. But I also have a college degree, so I guess that makes me classy white trash. Thank god...I'll be able to sleep tonight.

Oh no your an Evan Williams guy. How did that happen? I’d peg you more as a Four Roses man.

I only drink Jim Beam because I’m stashing cash. I’m more partial to Angel’s Envy and Basil Hayden.

Negatory. It looks like this. Obviously not a picture of me on it. Im way more buff as shit...............
There is a smith machine, but its not the "bench station" though plenty of people use it as such. Fine with me, keeps em off the rest of the equipment.

I would be kind of hypocritical at that point, not gonna lie ive used the squat racks for bench before (when the bench press one is in use tho). Theres only 3 places to do a bench (2 of them being skwat racks). They were there first so ill wait my turn. More stupid shit ive asked people to move...like doing any workout besides rows on the only seated cable row bench thats attached to the machine...like go do your dips anywhere else.

I like Four Roses and Angel's Envy, but Evan is my go-to because it's cheap and it's good.

The only thing I do in the squat rack that isn't squats are calf raises and rows. If I see someone who looks like they wanna squat, I move....that's rare though b/c most people at my gym are afraid of leg day.
