Gave this workout a try today. Gotta say i loved it. I normally have a hard time really hitting my triceps. This definitely works.

I would pass out and atrophy like crazy if I didn't eat a real meal until evening.

Crossfit promotes the paleo diet. And no they don't eat whole grains, they eat lots of nuts. If you think about it, its fresh meat, nuts and fresh fruit and greens.

Quite a good diet in my opinion.

Sure. Remember though abs are made in the kitchen. Doing abs will help with the "pop" once bf levels are good

    4x25: weighted crunches
    5x25 knee raises
    15 sec rest periods

For anyone who may be interested I have recently been trying the shortcut to size program from bodybuilding.com and must say I has been very helpful for breaking through a stale workout regime. This is a great plan for someone who is in the intermediate level looking to take the next step. Its probably a little much for a beginner. I have just finished month 1 of 3, and already notice moderate strength gains. I have not done a true one rep max in over a year but my 3rep max as of 6 weeks ago was 255 bench 405 dead lift and 345 squat (not sure how accurate the last two are because I do both on the same day), and as of last week after a month of the program my 3 rep max has increased to 265, 425, and 365 respectively. My diet and supplementation has not changed. Heres the link if interested http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/shortcut-to-size.html

Weighted crunches are just a plate on your chest while you crunch?

Yes, yes you can. Proats (oats/protein in a shaker) rice cakes with PB, boiled egg whites with a banana, cream of wheat with some lean meat, protein/PB/water (sludge)...just weigh, cook and freeze the meats/potatoes for the week. The night before just grab and go

I eat mostly all that everyday. I'm a wind turbine tech and if I eat too much throughout the time I'm at work I have to shit... no toilets up tower lol.. I've been eating more now that its colder and I'm not sweating 15 hours a day! I should see better progress in the winter

Well, I got my MRI results a couple weeks ago, I just haven't gotten online in a little bit. They are saying arthritis in my AC joint. What a buzzkill! Now I'm trying to figure out how to work around it but still make progress.

Most of the pain/issues come when pressing. Whether it's overhead, or bench, or incline. Even pushups cause a little bit of discomfort. :(
