So someone answer this. WhAt is the big deal of pulling 625+ for multiples sets double over? Last week my peak called for 625 4x4 to which I pulled all but the very last real double over and had to switch to switch grip on the last one. These guys at both my main gyms seems to thinks it’s impossible and are amazed I can. But who the fuck knows.

Also next meet going for 1875 total in March. 725 Squat, 400 Bench, 750 deadlift

Because people are bitches and use wraps on every lift and don't focus on grip strength. I know it's nowhere near your #'s, but when I got 500 with no wrist wraps, people at the gym were more impressed with my lack of wrist wraps over everything. I can't get it doubleoverhand yet though...grip strength just ins't there yet :pout:

Also, switch grip will take your biceps to snap city.

That’s why I stopped doing switch. I literally watched a guy on a 725 Pull, roll his whole bicep up his arm.

So, found this new pre-workout. Pretty pricey but my god my pumps are STUPID. My CNS gets OBLITERATED beyond anything I've ever felt, I assume it's because of this stuff.

I also drop a 200mg caffeine pill at same time. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Not sure why your CNS would get fried from a drink. Maybe you are just working harder bc you have more energy :notsure:

You’re still under 400mg of caffeine total which is less than some PWO out there, like Hyde. The pump is probably due to the Citrulline Malate. It’s also probably just a placebo effect from using a new product. If you stay on it I’m sure you’ll see the results lessen as you get used to it. It’s all just magic beans :stirthepot:

I’ll pass. I’ve never had the desire to use any pre-workout.

8-10 hours of sleep a night and quality nutrition. Never failed and I love my 6am workouts.

Took meds for my ADHD for almost 2 years. I hate feeling jacked up. Hate stimulants. I’m a coffee fiend but thats as far as I go.

Got 340 on bench, which was my goal. I thought I could get 345, but failed twice trying.

But you got your goal, so that means next time you should be able to do 345! Good job!
