I’ve got the suede rogue belt and love it. I think it’s like $50

No pinch at all. With my pioneer I did have pinch until I broke it in also I know you probably wouldn’t since the two you named off ate quality belts. But don’t skimp out and get a cheap belt from Amazon. Pioneer has a video comparison of them and there’s. The rogue, STrong , and pioneer are the only three they showed that were made of actually quality materials and not some cork board bull shit. The STrong wasn’t as good as the rogue either.

Do you really love the lamp? Or are you just saying that because you saw it?

Wtf is a lamp? You know other than the things that give you light.

Am I missing a key lifting acronym again? It took me 3 years to figure out what GOAT meant.

Hit Lé bench and triceps tonight feels good to be in the gym again. Hit 265 on bench for 1, but I could have done more. Then did 3x5 @245 then a bunch of close grip bench and skull crushers and some dips and light close grip rows. Time for protons shek!

Do you ever do weighted dips to help out with your bench? I have been doing them more often and it seems to be helping...over the course of about 14 weeks haha
