    Muchly appreciate it. Body is talking and I gotta listen to it. I had the same thing 12 years ago and wasn't so wise, took 6 months to recover.

    Sucks especially on a cut, but I can still do treadmill and hit my bag lefty or leg strikes.

    Damn pain goes all down the arm .My fingers are numb so I wouldn't trust it to even do light numbers
