Do you use the regular $12 ones or the $25 strength/wraps ones? How's the twist to tighten thing work?

$12 ones. They give me plenty of support.

I’ve got a pair of Scheik. Haven’t used them in a comp yet but plan to in the next and have been using them on heavy singles for bench and squats because I low bar and it pulls my wrist back awkwardly. It’s tricky getting them on properly, the first is easy but that makes it difficult to do the other with one wrist already strapped in. Google/YouTube how to properly do it because most people just wrap it around their wrist and that’s wrong. It needs to go up the backside of your hand and slightly over the palm of your hand to lock your hand/wrist in securely. The longer the wrap you can get the better it will work...

I bought the 24" ones from Titan and they do the job. I'd definitely buy Mark Bells wrist wraps, he puts out good quality equipment. It's more expensive, but it's also IPF approved if that matters to you.

I have a pair of slingshot knees sleeves that are awesome. $40 for wrist wraps is pushing it though.

True, they do sales often though, couple coupon codes floating around and they do military discount I believe.

I have the bowflex dial weights. I really like them. I got a used set for like $250 with the stand, totally worth it.
They are longer so they create greater torque on your wrist but all adjustable weights will be like that.

They go from 2.5lbs to 52.5lbs.

Wtf, I was listening to cryptocurrency videos on YouTube while cleaning and a exchange between to familiar voices comes on. I look up and there are the hodge twins with a new "cryptotwins" channel. Who woulda thought these two would be giving financial advice haha. Guess the Winklevoss twins have some competition .

This isn’t really an adjustable solution but it’s close.

I bought some Olympic dumbbell handles and just use various plates on those - mostly stacks of ten and fives to keep them small.

My gym has these, they sit pretty lonely but I use them to hit the delts between squat sets since it's right next to the squat rack. They work but get kinda funky on the wrists depending on what you do with them. They work though.

The only reason I have a pair is for my house if I absolutely can't get to the gym and want a workout. Plus I bought them at an auction for $20.....

Weigh in day today again. 2 weeks on cut. I have been making great progress so far, can't wait for another 10 weeks. Been keeping my sluggish energy going with some black coffee earlier in the day lol.
