This stuff is pretty damn bitter but can't taste it in gatorade or shakes....cheap too, $20 for 60 servings.

 

Just the texture of their BCAA's sucks king kongs dong.

I've taken Optimums amino energy. I use it intra workout. And I feel it helps and fuels me.

 

Yeah. Ive been using scivation xtend blue rasberry lately. It keeps me pushing through long workouts.

 

Xtend is great, even though their new formula isn't as good. I really like cardio blast. It has a much better potassium to sodium ratio along with caffeine. Great for an EC stack.

Met my friend at the gym today and worked him into the ground. I kinda felt bad tho cause he just got back from the sandbox and hasnt worked out for about a month. No pain no gain tho right?

 

So, I just ate at mcnastys for the first time in about 6 months....waiting for the i feel like crap feeling

 

Prolly won't get it if its been that long....I only get that feeling when I eat that shit all the time.

 

I hope not bro, Im at work, stuck at the desk. Cant leave unless someone comes and monitors the computer crap. A run to the bathroom is not in order at this time.

 

just want to say been following all the advice on here for awhile, and have gotten lots of info from BB.com, changed my diet for the best and I have never felt better, can't go back to unhealthy eating now!

Just finished up legs at the gymnasio. Tried to finish up on the bike for a quick 20 minute ride but the hammys weren't haven't any of that. Cramped as soon as I started to pedal.
