    It certainly is, but people don't need to feel less because others are stronger. That's a bad way to look at it. Nobody needs to be lean or strong, but also nobody needs to compare themselves to others. Just do you and be the best version of yourself.

    I think it’s relevant depending on ones goal. If someone is trying to be stronger then yes strength is relevant. If someone is trying to add muscle I believe strength is also relevant. If I’m trying to get my chest grow I’m not gonna get there by benching 95 lbs and not worry about getting stronger.
