Wife is jacked! She's def put in alot of work.

    Anyway, what were your levels?

Also, on a normal TRT dose, a couple donations a year and you should be fine. Dr will monitor that though if you are going through one...

The muscles hurting is probably the TRT (if truly needed). It will make a HUGE difference when it comes to strength and energy, and by adding energy and strength amongst several other benefits from TRT you will exploit this and work out harder thus causing the stress on the muscles. Keep working hard and monitor your blood work, that is the only way to know if you are not fucking yourself over.

If your Dr did not put you on any type of anti estrogen (most likely arimidex - doubtful it's aromasin) then you will encounter issues with estro soon enough. The only way to monitor your estro is to do a E2 Sensitive assay test (you cannot do a normal estrogen test it WILL NOT PRODUCE correct results). Make sure you are using HCG 250IU 2x a week with this or enjoy your nuts shrinking into peas along with a few other benefits that will be lost. Again, Dr should prescribe this, but alot of DR's are not as educated as you think when it comes to hormone replacement.

I personally am a big fan of the Horsemen workout. A combination of strength days of heavy weight and lots of sets, HITT days like “CrossFit” style, and days of long endurance, etc. Lots of workouts to choose from on a menu of options depending on what kind of day it is, whether it is a strength, power, endurance, so you don’t get bored.

I follow a similar regimen. I used to do the classic bro split for a while but changed into a mix of heavy lifting with high rep lower weight for endurance training. I still have days geared toward major muscle groups (chest, legs, arms, back, etc) but I always incorporate hiit style circuits into my lifting. It’s been working great for my particular goals.

X1000 don’t forget anti estrogen or hello puffed nips aka gyno I got armidex when I first started but chose to “buy” aromasin after all the research. I never have ran hcg but my dr keeps talking about it. I have labs in 3 weeks once I’m back to normal then I’ll let you know how that goes

Do a lot of research and understand the risks. TRT does increase the chances of a cardiac event, especially if you are over 40, overweight, smoke/ex smoker, have diabetes etc.

Low T is a grossly over hyped condition and its incredibly misunderstood.
It is very hard to correctly Dx as well because the range of T that is “normal” is so wide and is largely individual because T is a steriod hormone and has an impact on protien synthesis (in other words is largely impacted by individual genetics).

I was mis-Dxed a couple years back and given therapy wrongfully. So happy my real issue was identified and treated as well as I was young enough for that mistake to have not lead to my death. If I was in my 50s I may have been at risk from dying from a massive heart attack from the drug.

Know the risks and really ask yourself if the benefits are worth it. Make the decision thats right for you.

I have Hashi’s that effects my thyroid so I know its absolute misery when your hormones aren’t right. For me my life has to be drastically impacted to accept the risk of TRT. Heck I’ve been avoiding Synthroid for years lol.

Just know the risk and make sure a competent doc Dxed you properly.

Ironically I’m working on Test Mass Litigation as I’m writing this. Looking at a lot of medical records of men have died because their Dr never told them the risk of TRT. Pharm companies spent a lot of money hyping up Low T just to sell their drug and get Docs to prescribe it.

Be informed make the choice thats right for you

All he's basically saying is prior to TRT commitment (a huge one nonetheless) is to make sure you really need it. If you feel like shit and it's because your T is low and you ruled out the other factors, I agree with you whole heartedly. Feeling like shit because of low T I'm sure can be miserable. Hell, feeling like shit just because is miserable lol

I don’t know why this thread exists. If you don’t compete or seriously train, you don’t have any room to talk.

@Supra TT is correct on the intent of my comment.
Every person has to ask themselves if the risks of TRT are worth it.

Obviously when your life is miserable, it’s time to do something about it. However not all individuals who undergo TRT are suffering at a clinical level. A lot of Quack docs give dangerous drugs out like candy.

I know of one around here that will give you test if you tell them you’re constantly tired. It’s like their go-to remedy. They rarely even run any tests to see if that’s the issue
