If the compression sleeves you bought make the pain worse, its a nerve issue. Compression around the elbow will crush nerves towards the bony process making them more irritated.
For soft tissue it improves blood flow and can help inflammation. As a rule though compression is not effective at preventing pain while used during exercise. Regardless of what Tommy Copper has to say LOL.

Your extensors are probably strained if you feel it when you move certain fingers and its not nerve.
Stretching should help a ton. Do 90 second holds on light stretches rather than aggressive 30 second holds. Do sets of 3, 5-6 times a day. (Obviously do what ever stretches you looked up and are working).
Repitition is most important with stretching. 5-6 times per day is clinically shown to be effective at improving flexibility.
I only say that because most people don’t know that and don’t stretch often enough.

I'll concentrate on that some more. Hope that it goes away completely. Not right away but I hope I see improvements gradually.

Fuggin Tommy Copper lied! All about them coppers and zincs.

I worked on my bike for a couple of hours last night and threw darts pain free this week. Thinking in a week I start trying to lift again. Just had a wisdom tooth carved out of my skull.

Chiropractor 2x a week for 7 weeks. Then just time. He said I was crooked AF the first appt and totally flat the last 2-3 times..just a waiting game for the nerve damage.

I've been keeping active riding my bikes and swimming, but not the same as the weight. Haven't done punching yet but been doing leg strike drills on the bag too.

    Ooooooo weeeeee

These helped a lot. I was able to get the 85lb dumbbells on incline today for a set of 8. Worked my way up of course but then did volume with 75lb and back to 55lb. Then flat bench. 145 did start aggravating my forearm a little but nothing bad. I was doing bicep movements in between sets so I got a big pump. Had to take them off because they got too tight.

Feels good to lift somewhat heavy. I just hope I get better and am back to lifting at least 225 on bench again.

What kind of fitness tracker do you guys use if you use one? We are having a competition at work for walking, but I've just been using the health app on my iphone. I bought my wife an apple watch for her birthday earlier this year. I want one but then again I'm not sure I do b/c of cost/being so technical or time consuming looking at it all the time. I would use it in the gym as well of course. Just looking at the different options.

Save some dough and use what’s on your phone. MyFitnessPal has the ability to track your steps, or you can link a device to it. Also there are other apps available.

    They aren’t.

I find they do OK if you are a moderate BF but when you start getting under 10% they start to fuck up more.
For some reason they don’t like lean people and they start over estimating.

Just get good at guessing and being honest with yourself LOL.

I rarely will take a tape measure to myself. I just do a best guess.
You can measure or use calipers to get something more accurate.

lol I’m honored to be in the mix here

None of them are 100% accurate. What’s important is the consistancy in what you use to measure. Don’t compare a handheld one day to a electronic scale the next day and you’ll be able to accurately track change over time. I use a scale I got off Amazon that measure from my feet and syncs to my phone to make graphs and log everything

Was told today my percentage, and it seemed lower than expected after falling off the eating regimen for a bit, and hitting a plateau. I occasionally use a scale, but moreso rely on the mirror to gauge progress, but had never used a handheld before.
