you can have 3 different people do a handheld on you at the same time get different results depending on how hard they pull your folds. I do it on myself for consistency sake but its easier just to stand on my scale every morning

Every morning? Damn, I’m like once a week lol. When they did the test it read 15%, which I bet I was 12-13% before. Wish I had done the test to compare it to.

They aren’t at all. The 2 I’ve used read error most of the time, but when they did work i was 4-6%....

@ThunderCookies bruh them wrist wraps help ALOT on skwats! After my warm up stretches I did 135 for 10 and kinda felt some pain in the elbow, moved up to 185 and felt a little more, threw 235 on there wrapped up belt on and BAM no elbow pain at all. I guess I need to be more aware of where I'm putting the bar on my back and how I'm tightening my back but I worked up to 295 for a set of 3 and no pain.
I'll be excited to start going heavy on skwats again. Maybe I'll do a video one of these days.

Make sure your program has some LSD/LISS cardio.
High intensity stuff won’t help you out when you’re schlepping up and down mountains at altitude 8-12 hours a day.

    Just sayin... lol

I used to do my normal weight lifting/cardio routines and then after dinner throw on my weighted pack and walk for an hour or so.
The twice a days force your body to recover faster plus adding that LSD cardio helps with endurance since its aftee your routine.

What type of hunting are you doing?

Thanks for the advice. I throw 35lbs in the backpack for 3.5 mile hikes to. 35lb may not sound like a lot but I'm only 160lbs.

Going after cow elk, mule deer, and a antelop... if tag out early the prairie dogs better keep their head under ground

35lbs is a lot for anyone after a couple hours in the field haha.
My dad and brother used to mountaineer. They would cut the handles off their toothbrushes. Ounces matter.

I hope you have fun and fill your tags!

My dream hunt is to hunt elk in the rockies with a bow. Maybe Caribou in Canada with a bow but its gonna have to be in the summer haha.
