    What's you guise opinion on lever belts vs single prong belts? I'm wanting to get a (custom) pioneer belt to celebrate my birthday but having trouble deciding on a lever belt or prong belt. I think I'm leaning towards a prong belt though.

    I love my Inzer lever belt. Best investment I've made. It takes awhile to break in and loosen up the leather, but I love how quick and easy it is to latch on or off.

    Yea gotta say they look cool and I want to think they offer some good support but I have no experience with them. I guess it doesnt hurt to buy one now and buy another one later on.

    I have a rogue single prong belt that I love. Other guys have lever belts at the gym that they like also. Personal preference really.

    Sorry just saw this. I pull very light. Think my bow is like 64#. I was shooting 72# a couple years ago. Then after I hurt my shoulder (and bought a new bow) I went lighter.

    Took a dump today....

    Working on my last set of 3+ on my bench and tried to do 8 reps but ended up doing 7.5. #8 was not there LOL. Had to bail with the Jesus spot. Tried getting some attention but no one came lol. I think it was my first dump too! So exciting!

    68 was my usual until my shoulder surgery. My left shoulder was injured so it wasn’t so much the draw weight as it was having to hold the bow up. Now I’m around 60. I need to practice to get back up there.

    I could never pull 70+ in a cold ass tree stand on a platform. Only on the range.

    I own three pioneer belts now with the 3rd on it's way. My advice if your body fluctuates at all get a prong belt. The last thing you want is to have to carry around a screw driver and loosen adjust etc. The one I just ordered I ordered an xl with added holes to downsize to a large as I start my next round of cutting now that I've successfully hit my goal weight on bulking. I also ordered the pioneer cut for the flexibility of getting it just right to fit me. I love my lever belt for competitions but for training and every day lifting I always go with my prong.
