If you are not doing heavy lifting they fit the bill just fine.

I have not used the box kind. I imagine those may limit wrist movement.

Ya, I don't plan to do any very heavy lifting. If I do, I'll move my workouts to an actual gym.

I've also heard that the PowerBlocks limit some wrist movement. But I used to use them in college when I played volleyball and never noticed them to be an issue

Ok gents, lets play a fun game called “What would you do?”

I finish my workout tonight and head to the locker room.

I get my bag out to get my stuff to go shower. I turn around and this 20 something year old guy is face timing with his girlfriend.

I normally don’t ever say things to people, but this was something I could not walk away from without speaking up.

    How would you handle this?

Is whipping your dick out and helicoptering in plain view of the camera an option?

But seriously, who the fuck facetimes in a locker room?

Soooo close to the end of this cut. I can taste it (and it tastes like extra carbs). Shooting for 10%.

Im not exactly sure how accurate the InBody scanners at nutrishop are, but I’m not paying for a dexa scan so I’m rolling with it. Plus, it’s matching what I’m seeing in the mirror.

I never specified that I shaved them in there. When we went to lifetime together was the only time I’ve actually been to a gym with a locker room like that lmao.

Bigger than you in every physical aspect currently.

    Not weights, doesn’t count.

Yea, I was going to try to push it but after deadlifts yesterday my shoulder popped again. I’m done for a while lol

Push the squat in the meantime. Safety squat bar if a straight bar hurts your shoulder.

All I’ve done for the past few weeks is SSB. Low bar hurts my shoulder big time. High bar hurts sometimes, but not a lot. All my ortho said was “don’t do shearing motions like OHP or dips and back down the weight to rebuild it, you’ll be fine”

Which to me sounded like “don’t do OHP or dips and do sets of 6 instead of 3”

So I gotta find a PT that’ll help me out.
