    Haha hiya! :wave: Yeah I'm still slinging lights, and all kinds of other goodies as well. I'm definitely known for the lights world though which is okay, because that's what gets me fired up. I've been around, but just don't hang out in here like I used to. I kind of dip in and out of asshattery threads, and then spend a lot of time in like the investments thread. I have reinvigorated my fitness goals though which will likely cause me to hang out here, or at least creep more. I have never stopped lifting though, and I am pretty sure that I won the challenge between myself and @TyT (is he even still a member) haha.

    Made it to 210. Been running 2 - 3 miles per day (or walking a similar amount) and lifting 4 days a week. I’m guessing the next 10 lbs won’t shed as easily and but I am feeling great. It’ll be interesting to see how well I can keep up with this schedule when I go back to work.
