Made it to 210. Been running 2 - 3 miles per day (or walking a similar amount) and lifting 4 days a week. I’m guessing the next 10 lbs won’t shed as easily and but I am feeling great. It’ll be interesting to see how well I can keep up with this schedule when I go back to work.

One of my employee's eats it often, he said it tastes pretty good but more bland. Next time I'm gonna ask for a bite :muscleflexing:

But why can’t you just add chicken breasts?
    Or steak?
    Or pulled pork?

Who needs a $130 stand from power blocks when you can build your own for $24. Had all the wood and screws laying around, just had to buy 4 wheels.

It’s a detached garage with all the others. There’s like 6 garages all in this separated by drywall. I live in a town home style complex all HOA bullshit. The garage is small enough as it is

You guys might get a kick out of this.

I make my pre workout using bulk supplements. Well I forgot them on the counter when I went to the gym and came back to my supplements pulled off the counter and the beta alanine all over the carpet. It smelled like dog poop and sure enough my bigger dog had a explosion in my room, the hall way, and then another one next to the back door.

Poor guy. Not sure how much he ate, probably just enough to taste it (it’s has an odd taste on its own).

I gave him two slices of bread and keeping an eye on him. I’m waiting to see if the tingles hit him.

Uh.... you may want to use a shop vac to clean the carpet and not your regular vaccuum. The powder will wreck a traditional vaccuum filter.
Just a tip. Luckily when I dropped a container of BCAAs on the floor in my kitchen it was laminate floors I swept up and not carpet. There was fucking powder for weeks though. That shit is like concrete dust in a construction site. Shit keeps appearing on surfaces forever XD
It keeps settling out of the air.

Lol, he had a pretty delayed reaction to it but man did it hit. He was just laying down and then jumped up as fast as he could and scratched his face and feet on the carpet and couch. He would have little muscle spasms and take off sprinting to a different room. He became hyper alert. I was cracking up as I knew exactly what he was going through. It lasted for about an hour before he passed out.
Luckily this stuff is a little coarser than table salt so it was pretty easy to clean up. I used our vacuum but it seems to be fine.

Stuck inside the house this weekend I did P90X. Shoulders and Arms with Ab Ripper.

The pain is slowly setting in as the day goes on lol

I don’t like Tony Hortons excessive warms ups but the routine was a nice change of pace from what I have been doing.
I may do a 90 day round again. Except I don’t do his cardio routines. I’m not a kick boxing or plyo kinda guy.
I’m digging my stair stepper and sprint/interval routines.

Anybody have a good method of cooking beef in the crock pot without adding a bunch of caloric chit to it? I’ve been cooking my chicken breasts in the crock pot with just water and seasoning and it’s awesome. Anybody do beef in a similar way? What’s the best kind of beef for crock pot?

One of my favorite beef crock pot mixes is taking chuck roast and cooking it with a full jar a peppercinni peppers. I use an italian dressing dry packet for seasoning as well. Super tasty. I usually eat it with noodles or rice or mashed potatoes.

Higher fat beef like chick roasts do well in thecrock pot.
I’ve done leaner cuts in the instant pot that have turned out well.

I’m not a crock pot user. I slow roast things in the oven. Pot roasts are my thang.

I moved on from my crock pot after I got a instapot as a wedding present last fall. That’s my new jam. Same concept as the crockpot but 10x quicker...

And talking about pot roast, I went to a dinner party Saturday and had a pot roast that was made in an instapot that was really good, and I don’t normally like pot roast...
