Very sound advice sir. My lady works in PT. I also have had to go to PT for a partial frozen shoulder. My injury was definitely less severe than PackCon’s but non the less, I know first had how it feels not being able to use a limb properly and having to do very different exercises & routines then those around me in the gym to regain range & strength.

IDK thats basically what PT is for post cuff repair. They throw you in a sling for 8 weeks then they have to treat frozen shoulder lol.
The surgeon treats the tear then the PT treats the frozen shoulder.

I was very fortunate my ligament tore in a way it has been healing on its own. I would say I have 95% of my flexibility back, almost at the end of my recovery. I have about one month left before I’m medically cleared to return to my normal life. I have started doing leg workouts again and I definitely feel the limitations and can feel certain workouts tug on the point in the bones with the ligament is attached to so I’ve been trying to take it easy. I appreciate the advice though! Recovery and well being comes first before physique and what not.

Speaking of injuries, just tonight I witness a dude tear his bicep dead-lifting. Not that I was stalking the guy but he literally comes in the gym, slaps on some knee wraps and a belt and goes for 405 with no warmup (that I saw).

We are doing our celebrating on Saturday night. Work deadlines will have me busy tonight and tomorrow. Federal Judges don’t give AF about your Valentines.

We always stay in for Valentines Day anyways. Not big on going out.
More of a money thing than a calorie thing.
I can get a nice bottle of wine or bourbon and some steaks much cheaper than a night out. Plus... Sexier ambiance to be alone than in a loud crowded place.

My buddy is a private pilot. He brought me some fresh shrimp back from Miami today. Surf and turf at home with the wife and kiddos for me.

Out of all the shit we do. The workouts. The turning down free food cause it’s junk. The waiting for one cheat meal. The cardio.

Having to wash so much Tupperware every single day is the one thing I literally hate about this lifestyle lol

Buddy, if I didn’t have a dish washer there is no way I’d consider meal prepping haha.
