Thin mints don’t count just cause mint and cocoa grows on trees/bushes.

Cookies grow on the Tree of Happiness. There are several subspecies. My favorite is a tossup between chocolate chip and almond joy. Either way, I prefer them cooked about 3/4 of the way done so they’re still goo in the middle.

    Damn I’m hungry now.

Ice cream is my only sweet weakness. I normally do not care for sweets much at all.
My personal goal is to try as many Ben and Jerrys flavors that I can before I die.
Its hard to do when I don’t eat ice cream more than once per month.

Bodybuilding.com has an ice cream thread all about like craft ice cream lol

I'm a sucker for anything and everything sweet. I love it. ALL. OF. IT. It's my curse.

    Beer is my curse.

Nothing on this earth is as satisfying as a cold brew.

    Nothing.

You see, I’m double cursed. I love it too. IPAs and sours are my love.

I am 27 and just getting a mature enough palate to enjoy the IPAs
    My most recent are:

    5397394C-14F2-43D9-99AD-D4B9C56418D4.jpg

I have not been able to get behind sours, the only exception being a Lechee sour from New Belgium in their Fort Collins CO brewery.

I do like fruitish beers. Not like Summer Shandy fruity but two local places have Pinneapple and Mango IPAs and those are the shit.

Chocolate. Chocolate is my drug. I literally cannot say no if it’s in front of me. I have to just eliminate it out of my daily life.

Sup guys. I'm 41, been weightlifting for about 4 years consistently. I'm 210lb. cut (~10-12% BF, look good but I'm usually miserable) and ~220 during bulking (usually much happier lol). When I want to lose weight and cut, intermittent fasting with some cardio is the only way to go. For weight loss, I haven't found anything that can touch slightly reduced calories with intermittent fasting and light cardio. I got into running last year and got my 5k below 26 minutes, but I did lose about 10%-15% of strength, and what good is that?

My raw total (repeatably) is 1245# (375/405/465 bench/squat/dl). I've been able to run injury free for 4 years with just occasional tweaks here and there. As anyone knows after the initial gains, it's steady as she goes and dedications and the PRs slowly, slowly rise up. I've been natty but have contemplated good old T honestly as, well I am 41.

This is me about a month ago at 220# and probably my strongest.

Supps are creatine, maybe 3-5g day, Humapro amino proteins, C4 is my usual preworkout, L-Citrulline, and I target around 200g/day protein, as much food as possible and supp with whey primarily.

Nice stats man! Welcome to the thread. Since you're an older gent, and want to consider T... Schedule a hormone panel with your Dr. It's good to check out anyway for sake of health. You'd be surprised at what your hormones may or may not look like.

That is sage advice. I would never go the street route. I'm pretty sure my insurance will cover it all so why not?

When I do this I take in fewer calories. I read it boost your hgh levels and also gives you a higher metabolic rate.

Just went out to eat with the wife and kids. Stayed on my macros instead of blowing it out. Another small victory. Haha.
