    That’s all man. You have plenty of potential, just don’t come at me like you know more/have a better physique because a pro is your coach. There’s diffident ways to do everything, but even he’d agree you grow the most post show. Why? LEAN as fuck and insulin sensitivity.

    I was only kidding. LOL I like the guy, because he is straight forward and no BS if you've ever listened to him. My point was, I follow alot of his advice on things. He's not seriously my coach.

    Why are you so concerned with insulin sensitivity? HGH and T4 along with Insulin is extremely beneficial, at pretty much at BF. Doesn't just respond at LOW bf.

    I’m on a train heading to work on my phone so I’ll keep the post short, but I’m 6-7% body fat natural lifter 170lbs.

    Two years ago I was force feeding myself and dirty bulked up to 220lbs. Was strong as shit but I’m telling you that guy is right. Eat only when you’re hungry. Did some intermittent fasting and cleaned up my diet, immediately dropped all the extra body fat, can run for miles, strength is almost the same as it was before. Feel so much better. The extra feeding is for guys on steroids. If you’re natty your body doesn’t need that shit, you’re only putting on fat. Rather than bulk cut bullshit like professionals do, try eating a lot of clean food and finding your peak balance of size/strength/leanness. I feel a million times better and healthier, and look ten times better too.
