I will try those suicide squats on leg day. Sounds FUN!!:D

On another note, I am currently trying to chizle the bottom of my pects. I do a shit ton of dips, but nothing helps. I do a shit ton of decline as well. The one thing Im truely lacking in my routine is running. I dont do it enough, I know. Do you think that may be the cause?

It may just be your mechanics...try some flys at various angles, pec dec, stretcher push ups (feet raised up and hands out wide on a small platform) angled push ups...

Do you think inclined on a medicine ball (plyo) would hit them pretty well? I do shit ton of flys, incline, flatbench, and cable flys. That is my "problem area"

If you want to bulk i would use carbs after.

If you want to go lean, before workout, and use it as energy IMO

Combo of both. I recommend sweet potato Pre weights for the potassium pump, and slow releasing energy that will allow u to lift longer and intense.

Post - simple - white potato to quickly refill the glycogen levels that you emptied while training.

Whats your guys take on working out sick? I've been feeling like shit this past weekend. And I worked out through it just to feel even worst during and after. This is the third day I have cough, runny nose, sore throat, congestion sinuses and headaches. My body feels weary but I want to push through it. Am I making things worst or is there no affect?

    dude, rest.

take a few days off. if you're feeling like shit it's not like you're going to have a great workout anyways and you're just shooting yourself in the foot because your body needs rest to get better.

    time off/rest = same thing

getting sick happens. don't sweat it. once you're feeling better in a few days just pick up your training where you left off.

missing a couple days isn't the end of the world. i know it feels like it though
