    No.

That crap is like baby food. The only way to make it pallatable is to make it unhealthy.

Lol. You seem to hate anything with a slimy-ish texture. Smoothies... oatmeal... probably apple sauce too?

    Yep, custard as well :puke:
That may be in part because I ate almost 10 créeme brûlée in under an hour at my grandparents 50th anniversary.

    Mushrooms
    Tomatoes
    Bananas
    Onions
I could make a near endless list of foods that I can’t stand.

I actually pretty much like anything and everything.
I love liver, frog legs, wild game, thai food, indian food, all seafood etc things a lot of people don’t like.

I hate jello, milk, and gin. Gin makes me gag.

But thats all I can say I truly hate. I’ll eat oatmeal if its got a half a cup of brown sugar in it...
i’ll eat apple sauce occationally. But normally its just not appealing.

My calves suck, always have. I've done calf raises for 12-15 reps and more with 5 and 600 lbs and they just refuse to grow. Most everything else on my body will respond to work EXCEPT my calves. They obviously get stronger, but not really bigger. :( My lower body in general does not respond to training with size but at least my upper legs do grow some.

Eccentric training is known to be effective at building all types of muscle.

Its a good idea to focus on.

I’m one of those lucky guys with naturally good calves. And I don’t work them virtually ever lol

I really on do it for my foot PT.
