Jealous of your genetics. Still look like you lift even after eating anything and everything

    No.

I've never met an energy drink that I was not revolted by.

Plus I'm pretty sure those things are equivalent to smoking on your gastro health lol

I don't track it but I've got water with me pretty much 24 hours a day. If I don't drink enough the first place I feel it is in my back-the muscles try to tighten up and seize. As soon as I feel that tightness I know I gotta start drinking more water!

Successful first week of dieting, all things considered. I was 184 when I got home from the beach. Holyshit. Lol. The water started leaving pretty quick. I was at 177 Wednesday. Then my dentist have me a steroid dose pack for an abscess tooth and it has bloated me bad. 180 the last two days. Root canal this afternoon. Yay.

Going to ride current macros of 175 210 75 another week at least. Feeling great in the gym. I’ll just be happy to get rid of the bloating.

One week apart. -4lb of water weight 89655D86-B067-4F32-8A40-B7436B059749.jpgACDB035A-C68E-420A-B3D1-BDBA50FEF082.jpg

Strange. I’m heavier than you but have a slimmer build while we are about the same height. Bodies are weird.

Try Reign. Best tasting energy drink I’ve ever had

I drink a Reign just about every morning (I haaaaate coffee, and if I don’t have caffeine by 11 or so I get the withdrawal headaches) Gatorade Zero or Powerade Zero a lot. Also Fruit2O or Splash flavored waters. Hard for me to drink much plain ol water.

I’m drinking a Sour Apple Reign right now. I was on team Monster Zero but Reign is better (and also still a Monster product). I don’t drink them daily though. I’m sure I’ll be tossing and turning tonight when I go to bed. I have a low tolerance for caffeine. I rarely drink soda (also hate coffee) and only consume caffeine in my preworkout aside from the occasional energy drinks I have

I’m a big coffee fan, but I limit myself to one cup of fully caffienated cup per day. I can’t handle a lot of caffeine

You’re all wrong. Coffee is life.

I can tolerate the green monster zero, rockstar red zero, and the peach reign.

My coffee station. I’ve got a few pour overs as well. Coffee every day. Usually just an espresso or a pour over but some days I need both

After 9 months battling this crazy hip/back/sciatica issue, I think I’m finally past the turning point. Been moving moderate weight easily and pain free for a month or so. So freaking happy. Fingers crossed.

Same. Except unfortunately can’t find a reign I enjoy. But coffee isn’t enjoyable and sodas are meh.
