Did your sales pitch include “get the fuck out of this over priced piece of shit store”?

Ok so I’ve never tried a pre-workout... and I’m afraid to.
    Does it raise your HR?

It was good. My paddle strength is gone and my cardio is just horrendous. But everything felt good. Only ate shit once haha. And had to jump off a good 5 foot wave at the very top haha. But all was good. Felt great to be back in the water.

See I’ve been having issues with caffeine. It basically gets my HR so high I can’t workout without chest pain and SOB.

So I’d have to go with something with zero caffeine. But I’ve been nervous to try them because I’m worried they’ll trash my workout. I don’t want to spend $20-$30 and it be something I can’t use.

I have zero issues with energy while working out, if anything I go to nuts. My injury history proves that. So I wonder... do I need it?

I would save my money if I had plenty energy. Only reason I use them is cause I hate coffee and need something to get me going on the morning. Otherwise they’re just a placebo basically.

Have you ever tried quitting caffeine all together?

I never felt better than when I quit. I slept better and had more energy due to that.

I keep consuming it because coffee and beer are my weaknesses :annoyed:

Yea they have focus stuff and stuff that gets your veins to open and BCAA’s and blah blah blah. But we all know the truth. You can get literally everything you need in a properly planned diet

I do my pre and intro workout as a wake up coffee and placebo effect and fully admit it. I’ve worked out without it and was fine.

I used to do that shit that made your skin tingle and I’ll never go back to that. Just uncomfortable.

Unfortunately no. I have no problem sleeping. It’s just a time thing to me lol. Caffeine is what helps me with energy more than sleep could at This point in my life.

But I’m about to pass out anyways. Gotta wake up in 7-8 hours for a 11-12 mile trail ride on my bike

My caffeine tolerance is way too high. I can drink a reign (300 mg) and go straight to bed

I used to be that way and then my body changed on me. I started getting a lot more sensitive.

Last year my thyroid took a shit and stopped working for a few months. I attempted to live off caffeine to try to keep me up at work but then it lead to epic adrenal fatigue. After last summer my body just doesn't like it anymore. Which is good, it's not good for me lol

Same. That’s why I went from a pre workout that has 420mg of anhydrous caffeine to one that 270 of natural caffeine.

Doesn’t sound like a huge difference but it was
