Ok, back to staying in shape. Can anyone recommend some exercises for my shoulders that doesn’t involve me doing anything overhead?
    I’m prone to impingement

See my post. It's not a full workout, but can help strengthen your support muscles. I don't have any non-overhead shoulder activities for you though outside of lateral side raises.

Grab some post hole diggers and start puttin' up some fence! :D lol But other than hitting them indirectly with things like bench, shrugs or bent rows etc, laterals (side, bent, front) are the only thing I can think of at the moment.

Unless you want to promise to have shoulder problems stay away from upright rows.

I love delt raises. If you are prone to impingement just stop at your clavicle/collarbone. There are 4-5 variations which is nice.

If you can do incline bench that involves some front delt.

Talk to me when your 60.

Every PT and ortho I’ve seen about my shoulder has told me to never do them. Same with shoulder presses behind the head and lat pulls behind the head.

I'll quote this 30 years from now. For the record I don't go high on my upright rows. I use a straight bar or an ez curl bar and I'll bring my elbows up parallel and the bar would be on my lower chest.

Thats good. Typically bringing the elbows up is what wears on the cuff tendons.

I just can’t get into these beers.
They taste like soy sauce topped off with ass.

    Fuck yeh!

Do bodybuilders prefer not to deadlift or were you avoiding it because of an injury?

Promise I’ll post some squat and bench vids soon. Dealing with a shoulder tweak right now so bench is not happening and squats are limited to SSB’s.

I have to eat good, wholesome food.

I won't get why some people live off fast food and processed junk. It's just not as tasty as a good home cooked meal.

I had to today as I have been/am on the road for roughly 12 hours and it actually is kinda tricky finding healthy food at gas stations and such. I had to drive through once and it was just eh. Nothings as good as real food

You don’t pack food in a cooler?

Road tripping my fav meal is nuts, cheese, veggies cut up, and cut up chicken breasts. Like a relish tray on the go
