You primarily “mountain” bike right? Like trails?
You’ll have to forgive my ignorance of the proper lingo I don’t cycle.

I’m super new to this world but yea just like I enjoy crawlers more than race trucks, I enjoy mountains and trails more than flat land on a bike.

Hit some legs today for the first time since screwing up my hamstring(s). Kept it light - just hit 135, but did 10 sets of 10. Then went on to some calves and leg extensions and leg press. Couldn’t feel it much in the Hammies as I was doing it, but starting to feel it now. Made sure to do some extra stretches before and after. Just felt good to do legs for the first time since July 20.

Life is crazy. Strict diet and all that and I maintain weight.

The past couple weeks I’ve had more cheat meals and I shit more lmao but my weight stays the same. Weighed 182 this morning after having a big ass burger last night and a sweet tea

Getting fit and active was the best decision ever even if it meant giving up junk food which worked out even better cause you realize whole food taste better than junk (for the most part :p )

Thanks man. Weighed in yesterday and this morning at 180 which is way lighter than expected and the lightest I’ve ever been during this whole shebang. 5’9ish.

Guess all this riding has bumped my metabolism up where I can eat a little more and not stress. Feels good and maintaining like this has been pretty dang easy.

What are all the things you use it for?

I think it would be interesting to use to track steps, floors climbed, my runs, any hiking I do. Plus keep track of sleeping patterns.

I’m considering maybe pushing for one for Christmas.

My deal is I hate wearing shit around my wrists. Especially when I workout. Is it something I can wear around my ankle? Like serious question? Lol

    Everything. Heart rate. Sleep. Miles.

I really don’t focus on the calories because some say that it’s actually really hard to get calories burned right. But. It’s probably not super far off

And I work hands on at work so I have to take it off when I get here which sucks. But if I’m not at work I wear it 24/7
