Took pre-workout today, first time ever using it. I stacked Hemavol + Craze, 1 scoop each. Read really good reviews about those two being stacked! Although I am unsure if it did anything? What am I suppose to feel like? My heart rate was raised, that's about all I felt. Alot of people online said 2 scoops of each is the key, but being as that I have never ever taken a pre-workout I should feel the 1 scoop?

slowly build up to taking whatever you feel is your "full" serving, when you get to the point where you feel it... you'll really feel it

How long is slowly building up? 2 months before I go 2 scoops? I thought for sure that since my body has never experienced anything it would go crazy with it

when I started I increased my jack3d intake over 2 weeks, just to be safe.
Went all the way up to 3 scoops, then started going down to see where I was most comfortable

now after I cycle off I up it over the course of a week

Shoot I use more than recommended on most. 3 scoops of jacked mixed with emergen-c is the only way I feel it. Lol

I went like 6 months without cycling off... I didn't feel anything under 3 scoops either :anonymous:

The cuntwads on the football and wrestling team used to take 7 scoops before games/matches and at practices... and they bragged about it
