I just recently saw a video that stated most of the beef we buy here in the USA isn’t even from cows raised in this country. I didn’t like that very much.

Oh you guys are concerned? Then prepare your tastebuds for this "juicy" article LOL!

    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-china-33254123

"Chinese authorities have seized more than 100,000 tonnes of smuggled meat - some of it more than 40 years old, according to state media."

I've lived a long useless life, and to think that there's meat stored somewhere out there in shady freezers, that's older than me... lmao. They might as well send samples to museums and evolutionary biologists.

It’s grown there. But it’s typically not roasted there. You’d hope that all they’re doing while roasting is just putting it in the roaster and then bagging it. But who knows lol

Yeah prolly not. Sounds like I need to just come over to your place for some good coffee.

By the way I found out what’s worse than drinking BBA stouts is taking a bath in one.
We blew one of our kegs on Saturday night and I was asked to tap the BBA coffee stout. Well guess what happens when the tap handle lock is broken and you press it onto the keg?

BBA stout sprayed all up in yo face.

That shit is sticky when it dries.

Lucky I didnt get pulled over by a cop on the way home lol.

It’s ignorance to claim metabolism isn’t different on everyone.

It’s not an excuse as I know it’s what I’m working with and I adapt and overcome. But. There’s absolutely no denying that your body will handle eating a cheeseburger differently than mine.

I can and do need to drop 10-15 more lbs and am currently attempting it slowly and seeing how my body reacts to more carbs in the diet. But my metabolism does suck lol I try to workout in the morning to help kickstart my body for the day.

Serious question, all who read please respond.

Favorite protein power(s) and why (if there is science behind your reasoning please supply link to articles or papers), this includes all crazy concoctions of essentials, non-essentials, various sources, fast release, long release, bcaa, etc etc.

Myprotein. Tastes good, gets the job done, and I’m a cheap fuck. Used ON and syntha6 before which I liked.

Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder w coconut milk :bananadance:

Its the only one I like.
And its got a lot of overall nutrients in it.

I wish I could find a powder like it with whey.

I rarely do shakes though. I just prefer to eat food, except after long cardio efforts. Then I like to have something nutritious to drink to replenish since I’m disinterested in food.

I just like that the plant based stuff has a plethora of nutrients in it and whey is just... whey.

If I was a bagillionaire I would buy shakeology.

I just looked it up and Shakeology now has a whey powder... again if I could drop $130/bag

It may not be a bad thing depending on how you look at it. Technically isn't it a beneficial survival adaptation that simply doesn't work with today's diet and food types?
