Thats a little high for me unless I'm using a thermometer, and that is where I draw the line. If you go a couple degrees higher you can find the acidity in any bean.

If you’re french pressing then ya, it’s high. But I always use a pour over so I’m not over extracting with the higher temps. 195 is probably pretty good for a French press

This is how I make my coffee. Doesn't get any more pretentious than this:

I almost never French press. V60 or espresso weekday mornings and Chemex on the weekends. Aeropress has found its way back in to my rotation lately as well though

I like to cycle caffeine to improve my intestinal power endurance and to strengthen my pelvic diaphragm.

Don't let that stop you from working out... You'd be surprised how far the body and CNS can go naturally... Anyone who has recommended rest for CNS is going beyond extreme of what you're doing... Get your rest if you're tired though!!! Stud

I love coffee. I wake up, get out of bed and turn in my k cup machine, go pee and by the time I come back I have my first cup of the day :)

And the yogurt isle is tough. They cram so much unhealthy shit in all that stuff it forces you to really read labels.

When it comes to rice are you using a rice maker?
I find that the easiest way to make it. Then you can control how much you make.

I have one cup first thing in the AM and the other when I hit my desk at 7. No caffeine for the remainder of thee day.

    ———————————————————

I’m enjoying my first cuppa the day right now. Just plain ol black coffee.

Honestly if you guys don’t like coffee don’t drink it. Don’t put a bunch of toxic syrups and shit in it to make it palatable. Its defeating the purpose, and its ruining a good cup of coffee and an angel dies somewhere when that happens.

    @broke_down

    Saw this, this morning LOL

I lived in CO for 10 years, never skied.

But honestly I wonder if individuals as accident prone as me should really push their luck.

Question for you guys, when I first wake up and get out of bed one of my knees hurts pretty good when I put pressure on it. After I get going it stops. Suggestions?

I don’t take a fish oil daily but I do consume fish every day if it matters.

Usually work legs 2x a week.

Drank my pre... went to the gym and got a call from the wife for once while outside. Needless to say I’d rather talk to her than lift so I ended up only having about 30 minutes to workout by the time we got off the phone.

    So

    4x6 flat bench 225lbs

    overhead tricep pull downs 4x10

40 lb dumb bell standing upward chest fly 4x12

25lb dumb bell tricep kick backs 4x10

60lb dumb bell chest incline press

then used the tricep push down machine we have at 225lbs til failure.

I think I kicked my ass more cause I was in a rush than I do whenever I have an hour and half to lift. Felt good but don’t like being rushed so never again lol

    Describe the pain.

Usually if the pain goes away with activity its a good sign, but I would still figure out what the pain is and how to prevent it.

When I first put pressure on it, the pain is bad enough to make me favor using my other leg. Once I hobble around for a little while I’m good. I always warm up knees before working legs as well. Trying to be extra cautious and I still end up getting messed up. Seems like this has happened once before and I stopped working legs and it got better. Makes me think my form on something isn’t right.

Is the pain in the knee, around the knee cap, outside of the knee?
