Anyone working out today? Or are we just bitching about the nuances of coffee today that I'm sure no one actually understands. Lets move past measuring our metaphorical caffeine dicks and start measuring some biceps.

    Haha sir yes sir.

It’s an upper body day for me today:

    - dumbed hammer curls
    - forearm dumbbell curls
    - flat bench press
    - dumbbell flys
    - seated cable rows
    - probe reverse dumbbell flys
    - lateral pull downs
    - dumbbell lat pull-ups

And whatever else I can fit into 50 mins.

    I’m open to suggestions @Supra TT @ThunderCookies :D

Been lifting heavy and hard AF the past few days with a good amount of cardio afterwards, my legs are sore from two days ago so I can't do much running today. Thinking about making it a "rest" day and going in to do some biceps/triceps for fun

Rest day for me but I will probably knock out some quick cardio.

Also today is my chiropractic day. Getting fire cupping done after work, which is awesome for recovery.

Funny story. I have always felt small, being the little brother of three, one of which is 7'1".

I caught this pic after taking a squat video the other day, made me feel giant lmao. That guy next to me is 5'6"-5'7" and 165lbs... Needless to say, that was the day I realized my actual size.

I had two slices of my crustless quiche fir Bfast, then 6 cups of shredded lettuce with 1/4c cheese and 9oz ground beef w Taco seasoning fo lunch. Snack will be a greek yogurt and an apple.

Dinner will prob be potato, pork tenderloin, and some kind of veggie. I have not decided yet.

    Then
    Nuts and cheese before bed

Ok can we go back to coffee penises or whatever for a brief moment?

    Who is into cold brew?

I’ve had it 3 times at two different high quality roasters and one was on nitro.

I like cannot drink it without gagging. I feel like its bitter than shit. Is it me?

I will happily talk coffee with you anytime. But @broke_down might have an aneurism

Cold brew does tend to be more bitter because it’s basically super concentrated coffee. It likely needs to be diluted with more water if it’s still that bitter. That’s all I can think of. I love bitterness (west coast IPAs for days) so I almost never have an issue with it. But my only guess for you is try adding more water or let the ice if they put any in melt a bit to dilute more for you
