I don't post weight unless it's a comp. Don't think it matters anywhere but show time.

I will say it's still pretty light though. Less than 310lbs

I would try to pick that up, and even if I could get it off the ground (big if here) I would probably fall backwards and suffocate under its weight.

Honestly the loading is easy, getting it off the floor is what's hard. Feels like it's gonna rip your arms off but you have to power through it and hope you don't tear a bicep lol much easier with stone sleeves and tacky for grip but I don't use that unless it's for a competition.

Do you take it Post Workout?

I’m starting to stay sore and hoping to find a healthy way to speed up recovery.

    Pre, it's in my pre-workout, 3.2g I think?

I use to mix it in myself but found a good pre-workout that had it already.

Got tested with this today https://inbodyusa.com/ supposed to be very accurate. Thought I was about 18% BF it said 24% with a score of 11 on the visceral fat :( explained VF should be under 10 ... going to be adding more walks during the week, as low level steady cardio is what targets VF but I would think regular running and sprints would too?!

The easiest way to burn fat is to stimulate HG and IGF1 secretion. You do this by providing a large stress stimulus (heavy or endurance lifting, and hard interval running), then you skip dinner and have a protein shake instead (low carb diet otherwise). That will maximize your natural HG and IGF1 release, and thus maximize your fat burn. Long slow cardio is so-so at burning fat.

I saw an ortho. Super well respected around here, but I have my doubts. Told me that my labrum was “partially” torn and to not workout for a few months and do a bunch of rehab stuff. Spent about 4 months doing a bunch of stretching and rehab work, shoulder feels great. There’s a few exercises that will bring back that feeling, but it’s rare.

All that to say, i do plan on seeing another ortho at some point. I don’t want to have surgery, but it probably will need to be done at some point.

Eh, he is held together with some really weak tendons lol he also went for HUGE stones without perfecting technique first, which is to be expected with his "PR everyday" lifestyle.

I strongly, strongly recommend you dont stress your shoulder until this problem is 100% fixed. The top of your labrum is your bicep tendon. Continuing to tear your labrum, usually suddenly, will result in detaching your bicep in a way that is incredibly difficult to heal. I know its tough, but please see someone you trust, and get it fixed correctly. These are the kinds of injuries that linger your entire life and prevent you from reaching your peak (again). Later in life they result in balls of scar tissue and immobile joints that are prone to calcification in your 70s and 80s. Go easy on it, do PT, and do isolated lower body movements until its fixed. As long as your surgeon isn't an ass, I have yet to meet someone who regretted following this advice.

I honestly can't stand him anymore. I mean, I'm glad he's doing his thing and making money, but his image just isn't appealing. I respect his strength but I don't care for him personally.
