I dont know. Was never taught, and never thought to look. I know that you can absorb insane amounts of calcium from egg shells. Like enough to give you kidney stones. Its popular to grind them into a powder using a food processor and then add them to bread and other foods.

Yup, all of that sounds about like my life. I could legit sleep 14-16 hours a day and still be tired.

Thats depressing. Take some pre-workout, go to the gym. Come back when you feel accomplished.

I’m super motivated. Busy all of the time. Work, gym, fabrication business nights and weekends, and studying for a professional certification.... just fucking exhausted 24/7. If I don’t have a hefty dose of caffeine in me I’m fighting to stay awake. Sleep from 10pm until 5:45 every night, sometimes asleep earlier than that too.

It’s fucked. Definitely gonna have to go to the doc soon now that I think about it

I think you misspelled caloric deficit. :)
I proposed to my wife in that joint, or one like it ten years ago. Good stuff. We still go back about once per year.

Yes and no. A caloric deficit will result in all types of catabolism - fat, glucose, and proteins (aka muscle). The specific method I mentioned will promote muscle and connective tissue growth while more efficiently consuming fats.

These are all the things that control GH. GH is released while you sleep, so you want to optimize the items in the "stimulate" column to maximize your natural production. This means no food before bed except aminos.

And this is what GH does to the body. Notice the increased lipolysis in one of the yellow boxes? That means burning fat. Notice how everything else gets bigger while this happens? You muscles , skeleton, and just about all cells in your body, except fat, grow.

PS, this is why fasting is good. Notice how much more you get on your fasting day? Just add amino acids and watch your muscles grow.

See my post immediately before this. Working out in the morning is fine as long as you aren't messing with your deep sleep.

    Very interesting!

I think you’ve said it here, but I can’t remember. What does your daily feeding schedule and macronutrient ilbreakdown look like?

Im modified keto with daily intermittent fasting. I do all my eating in a 6hr period of time, thus I fast for 18hrs a day. I'll eat 3000+ calories in my eating window, and my eating window is 6am to noon, some times I'll push it back to 9am to 3pm. In my fasting window, I'll chug a protein shake with nothing in it except water an hour of two before bed. My stomach breaks down the whey into aminos which gets absorbed into my blood. This way my nutrient profile is optimized for huge GH release while I sleep.

I eat between 50-100gs of carbs. My fasting protocol keeps me keto. Traditional keto diet plans tell people to stay below 50gs, but I found its not necessary due to my fasting. I eat around 1g or protein per lb of body weight per day, so 180-200gs per day. On heavy lifting days, I'll increase it to 250gs. The rest is fat. I eat pot roast and salad a lot (without carrots and potatoes).

I don't notice I get strong fast, but I don't get weak, and I don't need actual days off like I used to. I remember needing to take two-three days to recover from really hard workouts, now I'm good to go after a night of good sleep.
